The key to this fight is knowing how to handle the different slimes, which always spawn in the same order:
Green Healing Slime - kill within 3 squares of you but not Gizarof, so it can heal your party and not Gizarof.
Fake Green Slime - kill from a distance so it doesn't hit you with an AoE.
Blue Slime - kill from a distance because it causes a permanent debuff within 2 squares which increases AoE damage taken. If you can, kill this near Gizarof but out of range of you, so he takes extra AoE damage.
Red Slime - kill near you because it rewinds all your skills if within 5 squares of killing it.
