Again, you're given some dialogue choices after the chapter 13 battle. It doesn't matter for the route but I've done the opposite here of what I've done during the A route version to see the differences. Poor Elwin.
There's a branching path from chapter 14 and it's determined by how long the battle in chapter 14 takes. Specifically, whether or not you go over 12 turns. The story differences are minimal and don't matter in the long run. I decided to continue focusing on getting eliminations with the various cowards and disappointments as I went over 12 turns. I did end up getting better epilogues for them.
For the C route, you must meet the following requirements:
During chapter 13 of the A route, you must defeat Bernhardt instead of Boser.
During chapter 17, you must accept Lana's offer after the battle.
