Lapis Unit Review - Dragalia Lost #Shorts
109Here's my short take on Lapis, the Blue Rose. She's featured in the current facility event revival, The Phantom's Ransom. Sadly, it's been a while since she's last had a dedicated summon showcase or been wyrmsigil eligible.
Lapis specializes in force strikes and is best when she can use them without interruption. Her second skill should be used on cooldown for damage but her first skill should be held only to dispel and/or reapply water res down. Flurry strength, force strike damage, frostbite punisher, critical damage, and skill damage all can work well for her when it comes to wyrmprint builds. For dragons, it's best to stick with ones who provide high strength like Reborn Poseidon or Summer Marishiten.
