Two time lapses shot today to compare Lapse It for iOS with Frameograph for iOS. Both are great time lapse apps and I use them frequently. Of all the best time lapse apps available for the iPhone and iOS, these two have given me the best overall quality so far. I do still feel that Frameograph has slightly better image quality, and it uses a larger portion of the sensor, however image processing is a bit slower so the time delay for time lapse is actually incorrect. Both were shot at a 3 second delay in their respective apps. Lapse It keeps the delay pretty much at 3 seconds, while Frameograph's 3 second setting is really more like 4.5 to 5 seconds. As I said previously, Frameograph does use a larger portion of the iPhone's sensor to produce 1080p video, and Lapse It crops more out of the frame. The first clip is from Lapse it and the second clip is from Frameograph.

Tested on a iPhone 4S.
