7Hello and welcome to the second episode of a very special 3-part Pride Month Special with me, MikeStonerUpUrs! It's time once again to especially acknowledge and appreciate our Friends in the LGBTQIAP+ community, and what better way to do that than through the power of video games! This year I made the best last minute decision ever in deciding to play the "A Year Of Springs" trilogy by npckc. Containing 3 connected stories originally created for separate game jams, this remastered collection also features a bonus epilogue story as well as a few other extra features. In this episode we're playing through the second of the 3 stories, Last Day Of Spring! (Recorded June 20th 2021)
Description from the game's site: "In Last Day Of Spring, start off the Reiwa era as Erika, a well-meaning ex-delinquent who runs into more issues than expected when trying to plan a spa day for Haru." This story dives further into the daily struggles of being transgender in modern day Japan while also demonstrating levels of love and consideration within a friendship that we should all strive to attain.
