Umbral Blades + Shadow Daggers is some of the fastest leveling there is, and the gearing process (including getting legendaries) is quite fun. If you're looking for a single-target build, you'll want to spec different than I did: my build went for as much utility and speed as possible, leaning entirely on Shadow Daggers to do the heavy lifting.

Note that there is anti-synergy between the "Full Health" nodes of the Bladedancer mastery and the health drain from Grimoire. I hadn't realized this during the race, but even now, I would still do spec about the same. Maybe only 1 Point in the final Exuberance Node. Honestly, Grimoire is very good for any sort of Arena push.
