Game Settings -
Drop to 1280 x 720, do not use upscale.
Use AMD native and turn on Frame generation.
Turn scaling to 50 and increase sharpness by max 100.
Tune down your graphics to very low and turn on Image Base Lighting to fix the Super bright rgb lights on eyes and environment.
Also turn on Motion Blur effect but on the lowest. This makes the game camera look smooth even if it's low fps.
You can play it with 32gb ram on iris xe to expect better fps also your monitor does count because of its refresh rate.
