I finally managed to finish this project, which I've been working on since this game released in July. I played the entire game 4 times (not counting speedruns), timed every dialogue choice, tested various options for each segment, and had to solve a couple softlocks. This took several dozen hours to do. This game took the most effort of any of the Annapurna speedruns I've done so far, despite being one of the easiest to actually run.
This run isn't perfect but has minimal mistakes. I lost about 6 seconds due to messing up the dialogue with Shazia in John 2 by picking 'brother' instead of 'cousin'. Otherwise the only mistakes are very minor. I estimate up to a minute could be saved overall with these strats. I don't think I will try to beat this time unless new strats are found.
I started time on selecting new game from the main menu and ended time on the final input (Meena's ending decision).
