The Death Egg has crashed once again, and is in SERIOUS need of repairs if Robotnik wants it up and running again. After falling from the frigid cliffs of Ice Cap Zone Act 3, Sonic decides that he needs to focus on destroying the Death Egg once again. This time, before it can take off!

It took A WHILE to get the perfect “Go!” for this remix, and even then it felt off. So I decided to post a version with no “Go!”s. This remix was both easy and painful at the same time. Launch Base Zone has a relatively simple melody. I mean most of it is bass. What gets difficult is the percussion and harpsichord I used here. I’ve been known to procrastinate easier tasks, so I almost had to rush this piece last second. I really gotta stop doing that. You know my old Launch Base Zone Act 1 remix is one of my most viewed? It currently has 174 views. That puts it in 7th place by most viewed. I wonder how many this will get?
