James plays Bethesda's vision of DOOM for an hour, courtesy of this new Steam version of Nerve Software's Unity source port. No, it's not as good as GZDoom or Zandronum or several other ports for that matter. Despite that, it is substantially better than is the pitiful and poorly-configured Dosbox version that newbies had to suffer through prior to its release.
