Learn Korean | Learn vocabulary while exploring a city in Red Dead Redemption II
0What is this? (이게 뭐예요?)
- I've been learning Korean and find learning vocabulary boring when looking at word lists or even using Anki. It's not entertaining... So I play games I enjoy and record sections with words I want to learn and can engage with. I make these videos to help me learn Korean words in a way that is fun for me. It might not be for everyone but I hope it helps in some way.
How to use this video
- I can't speak Korean. I've learned to read 한글 but my pronunciation is not good. I overcome this challenge by using Google Translate to create the sound of the word for me; even if it does sound like Stephen Hawking (as one commenter so aptly put it), it seems to help. I've also added subtitles with the English and Korean words (in 한글) to help with identifying the object in the video and getting comfortable reading the Korean words. I use these videos by putting in on in the background while I'm doing other things. I've also made an IG page (@clippieclipkorean) with words for studying and recap.
