Rules:
Divide the grid into regions of orthogonally-connected cells such that regions of the same size don't share an edge. Enter into each cell a number equal to the size of its region. Numbers within cages cannot repeat. If two cages are adjacent, their sums must be adjacent too (in other words, if two cages share an edge, the sum of the numbers in one cage must have a difference of exactly 1 with the sum of the numbers in the other cage.)

[The Answer check will work if you fill in every cell with a number (if that cell contains a single digit). Any cells that should contain two digits should either be left blank or filled with notation digits.]
