According to the graphs, it seems like this experiment worked: about one-third of the commuters are in cars, and two-thirds are on buses. Trains are crap because there's only four stations, but the stations are massive anyway, which makes them crap. What I wasn't expecting to see was that the toll booths ended up generating enough income to subsidise the whole city.
