Any weird creaking sounds you hear coming from a front or back wheel while under load is most likely due to spokes needing tightening. This was the case with one of my bikes today. Problem solved very easily with patience and VERY small adjustments. If you do not know what you are doing please consult a professional bike repair person. Thanks for watching and enjoy :P
