Welcome to my journey into Tekken 7. I decided to upload all my matches, regardless of the quality of my play, in an effort to record my progress as a player.

I really don't understand people who rely almost entirely on blindly throwing out one or two moves to win, very obviously not even trying to read their opponent, regardless of whether or not it's working. At that point, you're not really playing the game. You're expending the same amount of effort as if you were but with none of the satisfaction of actually overcoming a challenge, even if you win. What exactly is the benefit of participating at that point?

You can see the points where this Jin got frustrated and reverted back to just doing the thing that works, probably the thing they were told would work by someone on the internet, in order to force a win. Now, of course, it is my own failing for not responding properly to the pattern that was being shoved in my face over and over again. But I suspect this blind overreliance on setups instead of reads is how they find themselves in the green ranks with almost 1000 wins.
