Disclaimer: Obviously I have cheats enabled. It may not be possible to achieve coaster riding without cheats, but apparently is it possible to ride the coaster if you land on the right spot.

I did NOT use god mode. Only no clip, then turned it off. The first time, Ellis is able to ride the coaster as long as you keep running with it and have adrenaline. The second time, I didn't land on the right spot, so I died....

I may try to do this without cheats using the shortcut + jumping + adrenaline.
