With one run-through on the original L4D completed, and my Steam's content server changed to somewhere with a decent download speed, it was time to play this in L4D2. And actually completing the finale this time.

Overall the weapons, Infected and tools in the second make the campaign a lot less linear and repetitive.

But, what disappoints me most is the lack of dialogue for the old Survivors for any of the new things, with the exception of the new Infected. So, no calling out of bile jars, adrenaline shots, defibs; nor any responses to getting a melee weapon.

Overall, it's a bit meh.
