We'll start today’s routine with the king of Leg exercises, the Back Squat. This builds core strength and power while working your quads, glutes, and hamstrings. Next, Romanian Deadlifts will sculpt your hamstrings and glutes with a controlled movement.
Bulgarian Split Squats will challenge your balance and stability while working your quads and glutes. Finally, Calf Raises will add definition and stability to your lower legs, giving you more explosive jumps and sprints.
Remember to focus on feeling each muscle working with every rep to get the best results and avoid injury. And don't forget, proper form is key, so control every movement throughout the workout!
