Incorrect Turbo settings. In Bizhawk go to Config - Autofire to set the ON to 2 and the OFF to 2. While the timing for this is not correct due to incorrect turbo, almost all of the strats are still good. I think the time would be something like 10 seconds less. Will try and get something up with the correct settings soon.
