The heroes enter the first trial, you must have Kloe on your team is you wish to proceed further. The schoolhouse lost all of its color and you have to put it back to normal. To do that, you have to kill all of the Dark Knights, but don't kill the red ones as they'll reset the puzzle in that area.

Once all the Dark Knights in the schoolhouse are cleared, you can move on.
