We have to exterminate a monster, catch some thieves, and then we are able to access the Ancient Battlefield, which is where the final picture resides. Once you have access to the Battlefield and get the rod located there, you have the means to catch all fish in the game. There are a pair that are conveniently located in the pond area near the beginning of the area that you can immediately knock out. After completing the rescue, you need to return to finish looting the place and get the final picture. With all of these quests out of the way, the final day of the festival is going to fly by until we hit the Auction.
