Legend of Mana #22 - Huntin Du'Cate - (No Commentary)
3Skippie and Hamson owe a lot of money. They want to reduce their debt by hunting a creature called Du'Cate and selling its tail. They need your help to do this.

- Go to the Jungle where you'll find Sotherbee talking to Skippie and Hamson. He tells them that if they bring back a Du'Cate tail, he'll lower their fine. After this, they'll dash off into the Jungle, starting the event.
- Go to the northeast until you see Sotherbee shouting something. Then, go back where you'll find him chasing a Lilipea. Talk to either the Lilipea or Sotherbee, and the Lilipea will run away. Follow it to the northeast where it will be waiting. You can explore the jungle for items or follow the Lilipea as a guide.
- Go to southwest until you reach Greenwood Gardens. Talk to the Penguin there to receive a spell that helps you not get lost. Then, head northeast until you encounter Hamson, who will show you a new path to the northwest. Talk with Skippie about the Faerie territory, and he will quickly leave. After this, go north and talk to Rosiotti. Then, go back and enter the Faerie territory located in the southwest and you will be teleported back to the entrance.
- Head to the northeast until you find Skippie. Talk to him and agree to work with him. He'll dash off, so follow him to the north. In the next area, talk to Hamson and agree to work with him too. Follow Hamson east, then northeast. Keep going east until you see Skippie. Talk with Skippie here and follow him northeast. Go to the east, entering Du'Cate Territory. Continue eastward until you reach the Spring of the Beasts and defeat the boss.
- After you defeat the boss and you'll be offered 500 lucre as a reward for defeating him from Sotherbee. You can take it or give to the others. He'll also give you the AF: "Sand Rose."

Legend of Mana (聖剣伝説 Seiken Densetsu) is a classic PS1 game that takes you on a magical adventure in the vibrant fantasy land of Fa'Diel. In this game, you create your own journey by placing artifacts on the map to shape the story and unlock different quests. You'll encounter unique characters, engage in battles, and explore various lands filled with mysteries and creatures.
The game, released in 1999, is an action role-playing created by Square (now Square Enix). In the game, you can change how the world looks using something called the Land Make system. This lets you create different areas and quest to do, without following a strict main story. Legend of Mana was directed by Koichi Ishii, who created the series, designed by Akihiko Matsui, and produced by Akitoshi Kawazu, who has a lot of experience making games at Square. The soundtrack was composed by Yoko Shimomura.
