However, the in-game map icon may be inaccurate, so explore the area around the hill. Red Dead Redemption II (RDR2), an open-world action-adventure game developed by Rockstar Games, was released in 2018. Set in 1899, it follows Arthur Morgan, an outlaw in the Van der Linde gang, as the Wild West declines.
The game offers an expansive open world, deep storytelling, and immersive gameplay mechanics like hunting, horseback riding, and an honor system. It serves as a prequel to Red Dead Redemption (2010), exploring John Marston’s origins.
