This game is a followup to the great two-parter Legends of Heroes - Trails in the Sky and Trails in the Sky second chapter. It's recognizable different than any other game of the series for various reasons, so I called it the odd one.

Some people would go as far as ask if this one is skippable, to which I say, no why would you even ask?

You're either playing these games for the story and the characters, and there is tons of that and great background informations in this one, so that's a no.

You also might be someone who only plays these because of the interesting tactical battles, and there is a lot of great stuff in that department in this one you wouldn't want to miss, so that's a no too.
