The power to New Haven has been cut off and we go to see who is responsible but things get worse when the body of a mechanic is found inside the clock tower. Let’s find out who is responsible for these crimes and have them do the time behind bars.

Motive: Rodney McFry reveals that he was the one who hacked into New Haven’s Electric System and shut off all the power. Luke tried to stop him before Rodney hacked into the system but Rodney had the upper hand and strangled Luke to death with the hope and hanged him up to make it look like that Luke committed Suicide. He also tried to Frame Mathew since he was a hacker as well.

AI: After Arresting Rodney McFry, Annette thanks us for finding the culprit and tells us that she has something that she needs to share with us about the Hypnotist conspiracy. She tells us that before we found her snooping around The Electric Power-plant, she finds a pocket watch on the floor. She tells us that when she first found it, she thought it was an ordinary pocket watch, but then she noticed a symbol that represents a hypnotizing swirl. That’s when it made her realize that there is a hypnotist on the loose and we need to figure out who it is before they start hypnotizing people. Annette then gets a call and it’s her office telling her that a huge party will be thrown at the Haven Mansion which is owned by Penny Cove who we later realized is the mayor of New Haven. We decide to tag along with Annette and we decide to come up with a plan to figure out who the hypnotist might be since every single citizen of New Haven will be attending the party. We go our separate ways and we report to the chief. Our Chief tells us to be careful since we don’t know who this possible Hypnotist is or what they might be capable of. We get ready and we head towards The New Haven Mansion.
