While travelling with the Hogwarts Express, Harry meets 2 new friends: Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger. When they finally arrive on Hogwarts itself, they are all 3 sorted in the house of Gryffindor. Harry and the other first-year students are soon ready for their first Charms lesson, where they will learn the levitation spell Wingardium Leviosa. But the fun and excitement is quickly gone when professor Quirrell makes clear that a gigantic and murderous troll walks loose in the dungeons. And even more problematic: Hermione doesn't know this. Will they be able to defeat the troll and safe Hermione from the death?
