To get the Trophy / Achievement, you need to use defeat every Harry variant with Voldemort.
Once you have every variant of Harry and unlocked Voldemort, you can get this trophy.
You need to use the Avada Kedavra spell (Green Spell) from Voldemort.

The Harry Variants are Hogwarts Uniform (The Regular Harry), Harry (Pyjamas), Harry (Christmas), Harry (Winter), Harry (Albert Runcorn), Harry (Brown Jacket), Harry (Godric's Hollow), Harry (Locket), Harry (Yule Ball).

You can do this at any cauldron, I went to the same location as the Every Weasley does it trophy. The easiest place is to go to the Weasley's Courtyard, there is the cauldron.
