MCFD Max is built using parts combined from Mixels sets 41563 Splasho, 41564 Aquad, and 41565 Hydro
• He resembles a fire truck and a beaver. His LEGO instructions also show that he can transform to look like a fire truck.
Pyrratz Max is built using parts combined from Mixels sets 41566 Sharx, 41567 Skulzy, and 41568 Lewt
• He somewhat resembles a pirate ship and his nose and jaw resemble a bear's.
Medix Max is built using parts combined from Mixels sets 41569 Surgeo, 41570 Skrubz, and 41571 Tuth.
• He resembles an ambulance. Just like the Lixers Max, his tongue is articulated.
