FIRST: You CAN'T have the Silver Cutlass in your inventory and you NEED a Blunderbuss. For this extremely rare Quest you need to find or create a Weird Woods Area and search for the werewolf Quest given by Ann Lee and her friend. They should be standing near a small cabin with 2 zombies around them(don't kill them...yet). First do all of Ann's Quests, after that trade your Blunderbuss for a Siver Cutlass with her friend. As soon as you have the Silver Cutlass in your inventory and if both Quests are finished you made the werewolf available for discovery in this and all future Weird Woods Area's NOTE: Both these Quests and the Werewolf himself are extremely rare so have patience...at least you know what to look for now.....or just take the easy route and go to this world x100y75z225 X
