I told ya Ursula will be Hella powerful with COD! The only issue here is because her HP Atk relies on the bravery of the party, COD constantly follow up without Bartz means she can never capped her brv for Ursula to deal maximum DMG even if she tries to use S2 to boost the bravery.

And since Ursula c65 is a targeted skill, it will also trigger follow up! This makes pairing her with follow up atker even more viable! I have a lot of fun with her and she's waifu! Sadly I had to pity her (impulse pull?) but I FINALLY GOT MACHINA BT OTW so no regrets there.

Squall almost has 0 benefit from BRV GAIN UP due to his kit nature of having 0 BRV refund so I opt to run Lenna and Ursula to boost his BRV DMG instead. it's fun especially when he capped after applying imperils and Fran debuffs.
