Lemonbar: Don't Like Polybar... Just Remake It From Scratch
387When people suggest a bar to use with bspwm the 2 main options people mention are Polybar and Lemonbar. Lemonbar is an interesting case because unlike most other bars you basically have to write it from scratch, it has no modules, no partial updates, no ipc, anything you want to do you'll have to do yourself which makes it an interesting choice for people who want complete freedom in their linux desktop
