i believe to trigger the tlb u gotta have at least 3 pedals of the flower filled red (bottom right of the hud) I had the pedals all filled up most of the game but u can lose pedals from dying and bombing. I went into the last boss nervous so i ended up spamming bombs haha.. Hopefully soon i can crank out a TLB run.
