First time I notice a shroom spawning in this little nook. I saw the creep on the floor and always figured one could spawn here... maybe I'm getting senile and forget seeing something there, but in any case it makes me happy this corner isn't just pointless xD... pointless in games is always a cause for concern... What secrets could be lurking? Who will find them? in years to come will someone figure it out? U see games like doom/bloodborne reveal secrets years after release. I'm sure LID has secrets too, only this game is so vague they're likely just things the tutorials/npc's just forget to mention... Like where do the trains with corpses come from?... are there multiple towers of barbs? Multiple dimensions? (other players' waiting rooms?). Maybe I'm overthinking things ... or underthinking lol who knows.
