With two cinematic stabs at this story already ranging from decent to very good, what can Showtime's Let The Right One In, streaming on Paramount+ in the UK bring that's diffrerent?
The hook will always be the father-daughter bond and the relationship between the two two central kids, so the generic serial killer and sinister corporation plots will have to tread carefully to be surprising and satisfying. So far, there's room for cautious optimism.
