In that classic style of juxtaposition, the master of the Monstro Town Dojo just so happens to be the tiniest character in the entire game, but don't get sloppy since Jinx's fights have him coming in with massive damaging attacks and should only be fought late-game or post-game.

He's got a cool design, the fights are fun and he gives you the usual meaningless achievement for beating all of the Dojo's challenges which is always nice to show off to friends in the '90s.
