After a short hiatus, Northern Valley is back with the new Mass Transit DLC and patch! We're designing the rest of Manor Heights in this episode. We're also revisiting the small tourist area above the dam.

We're expanding the industrial area across the district. This dirty industry will sit along the railroad nearest the river. We detail this area with some additional parking and industrial decor. There are trailers and containers around as well as semi trucks parked for unloading.

The rest of the district is filled with more high density residential. We match the same style and feel of the rest of the district. We do some limited detail work around the area. More parking for residents but also some trees in the area just to give the zone a bit more nature.

We do a bit more nature work around the highway and railroad area next to this district. We put up some fencing and barriers and sprinkle some trees throughout. We take the same rock assets that line the river and bring them to the main highway junction.
