Welcome loyal subjects of Funk to so some more gameplay, and this time we have a real time/turn based combat RPG strategy game called Avernum: Escape From the Pit. Unlike some other games, I have actually played this one for many hours before recording it. So for anyone wanting to learn how to play the game, the first few videos should act as a good tutorial. I got the game form Steam during the summer sale. I am a great fan of top down retro style RPGs and as this is a remake / remastered re-release of an old classic by Spiderweb Software, I thought I would get it. The remake of the third game in the series is due to come out at some point, so i thought it would make sense to complete the first two games before that day arrives.
