Weapon: Engulf lightning
Artifacts: Emblem of Severed Fate (4-piece)
Stats: ER sands, ATK goblet, Crit RATE circlet
With this build, Raiden Shogun can easily reach over 285% ER, which is essential for her to provide energy to her team. She also has a lot of Crit DMG, so she can deal a lot of damage with her Elemental Burst.
