Let's Learn to Play EU3 Castille Part 15 (I Would Like Navarra Please)
Since we had a core on Navarra, we not only pressed the issue, but pressed it into The Hansa's Face.
I don't know if I expressed it earlier, but the reason I pause after the battles and run the armies around so dilligently is to avoid the "rubber ball" effect that can happen from units running around the map. If you catch a unit when its morale is low enough that you can break the whole army's morale in the first round of battle (fire+shock), then you wipe the army straight out.
Secondly, since The Hansa wouldn't accept that we should just HAVE Navarra, we hold the province for an extended period to drive up their war exhaustion in order to reduce their war capacity enough that they will relent even though the victory percentage wasn't as good as it could be.
Then it was just a matter of waiting for Sweden to relent to a white peace.
