In the early 1990s, Sierra On-Line and LucasArts were among the top of the computer-game charts, making some of the highest-quality adventure games of the era, and arguably some of the best games of all time. But there were, of course, other companies making similar games, and one of these was Capstone, a company whose slogan was "The pinnacle of entertainment software", but whose actual games didn't always live up to that slogan. Remembered as one of the worst makers of adventure games of that time, I would posit that you can still have some fun with some of their games even today as long as you don't take the games too seriously. In this video, let's take a look at 4 adventure games from Capstone, namely:
- The Beverly Hillbillies
- Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure
- Homey D. Clown
- Wayne's World
