I had no idea there was a newer version of Kega Fusion out, that's the very first time I've encountered a glitch like this in any kind of Sega game, be it Genesis, Game Gear, Sega Master System, SG-1000, or Sega CD. Fortunately, everything's up to date now, so hopefully this sort of thing won't happen again.
