45One of the ships released in wave 2 was the Origin Jumpworks 350r. The release of the ship sparked a fiction story about racing in the Star Citizen universe and so started the trail of things being released that eventually led to the New Horizons mode in Arena Commander.
Now that we can race, we have 2 dedicated racers currently in game, the 350r and M50, one about to be released on the 30th of September, the Mustang Omega, and others that they won't tell us about in development.
Today I take a look at just one of the tracks they released in the latest patch. It is a figure 8 and I explain the mechanics of racing. In future videos I will take part in actual races and give a more in depth review of this mode. The reason for not doing an full review now is that it is new and many people have not learned the mechanic well enough to be able to compete.
The new contest is for the Freelancer MIS package. Almost the same rules. Share the episode 3 times, twitter, Facebook and Google+ if you have it.
