This and the previous episode are filled with information related to upgrading weapons. It is all tailored to my playthrough but I've tried to throw a few extra things in, in case your playthrough is slightly different.

To note, the only souls I didn't account for are the 200 that are required every time you upgrade a weapon, but even with the amount of weapons we have to upgrade it doesn't end up being that much, a small amount of farming should be sufficient.

Pyromancy Flame Upgrade = 174,500 (Includes the cost of ascending the flame)

30 Green Titanite Shards (This does not include the 10 we used to upgrade the Divine Partizan to +5 much earlier in the game)

Claymore to +5 requires 9 Titanite Shards

Estoc to +5 requires 9 Titanite Shards

Claymore +5 to Magic Claymore +5 requires 10 Green Titanite Shards

Magic Claymore +5 to Magic Claymore +10 requires 7 Blue Titanite Chunks and 1 Blue Titanite Slab

Enchanted Falchion to +5 requires 7 Blue Titanite Chunks and 1 Blue Titanite Slab. (Use the Enchanted Falchion found in the game world to reduce required resources.)

Mail Breaker +5 to Fire Mail Breaker +10 requires 10 Green Titanite Shards and 7 Red Titanite Chunks and 1 Red Titanite Slab

Estoc +5 to Chaos Estoc +5 requires 10 Green Titanite Shards and 8 Red Titanite Chunks and 1 Red Titanite Slab

Lightning Spear to +5 requires 7 Titanite Chunks and 1 Titanite Slab

Crystal Weapon to +5 requires 7 Titanite Chunks and 1 Titanite Slab

Scimitar +10 with Soul of Quelaag = Quelaag's Furysword and requires 5000 souls

Rapier +10 with Soul of Moonlight Butterfly = Moonlight Butterfly Horn and requires 5000 souls

Battle Axe +10 with Core of an Iron Golem = Golem Axe and requires 5000 souls

Club +10 with Soul of Smough = Smough's Hammer and requires 5000 souls

Scythe +10 with Soul of Priscilla = Lifehunt Scythe and requires 5000 souls

Short Bow +10 with Soul of Gwyndolin = Darkmoon Bow and requires 5000 souls

Broken Straight Sword +10 with Soul of Sif = Greatsword of Artorias and requires 5000 souls
