When modding your game, you can mess a lot of things up. Backup your save game files before attempting to install and use any mod.
None of our Multiplayer Team, nor the SDX and Starvation Mod Team are responsible for any issues you encounter with this mod, including, but not limited to, data loss, nightmares, eccentric flailing, hot flashes, creepy crawlies, or failing to realize a real zombie apocalypse is going on and getting bit because you think you are dreaming about the game... that sh!t is on you ;)
