I don't know how "Mario" would be able to handle it. Four consecutive hellfire levels (unless you count the bonus game as a cold room).

Just to clarify about the bonus game, when I say the odds against this are not too big, I don't mean out of 4 bonus games. You can get two perfect games, two zeros, and any number of bonus games in between 1-Up and 6-Up.
