On the fifth episode of Let's Play Aliens: Fireteam Elite, the Fireteam has pushed deeper into the ruins to find Security Chief Cynthia and her people, despite her continuing protests. However, the closer we get to the survivors, the heavier the combat synthetic presence gets. Xenomorphs are still lurking around as well, but not quite in the same numbers as before. Finally, Cynthia reveals that the only survivors of Pala Station were synthetics, and that her name is actually SN-TH-YA. Down here we also encounter Seegson Working Joes, which Weyland-Yutani seems to have been using for cheap labor in the ruins but are still prone to trying to cave in our skulls with maintenance jacks. With the central AI of Pala Station's ruse revealed, the Fireteam sets about shutting her down for good by overloading her network hubs. Then we extract with no survivors.
