It turns out that this was an entry for the VLDC 2013 on SMW Central and not a random hack. With a functioning IPS patch, I was able to make some observations. I didn't rate it at the time because I was lazy, and I'm not going to since it ISN'T a romhack but instead a contest entry, but I still give feedback, of course. I decide to savestate at the beginning of the last room to save everyone time, including myself. The entry was okay, I guess, though I don't think it will do too well in comparison to what else I've seen already. It can be fixed taking into consideration the points I made in the actual video.
