6This series is about a different take on ARK - We are going to do a "planned play".
The goal of this series is to be efficient in setting up a PVE-style base:
- We will select an appropriate spot for our main base within easy accres of our main resources.
- We will set up outposts as necessary to guarantee a good resource throughput (ore mining etc.)
- We will tame dinos as (and if) necessary (no worries, there will be lots of taming).
- We will build our base around the principle of having everything within easy reach.
- We will try to minimize management tasks (like having 100 feeding troughs).
- I will show you what "daily tasks" we will need to incorporate in our gameplay to stay on top of things.

ARK: Survival Evolved is an action-adventure survival video game developed by Studio Wildcard, Instinct Games, Effecto Studios and Virtual Basement.
It is scheduled for official release for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Microsoft Windows, OS X, and Linux in 2016.
The game's early access began for Windows on June 2, 2015, for OS X and Linux on July 1, 2015, and for Xbox One on December 16, 2015.
In the game, players must survive being stranded on an island filled with roaming dinosaurs, natural hazards, and potentially hostile human players.
