1Baldur's Gate 2: Shadows of Amn is the sequel to and a much, much more expanded world than the original Baldur's Gate. From a dungeon to a major city, to pocket planes, to more dungeons and wilderness settings, the underdark, an underwater city, dragons' lairs, liches' crypts, a tree-top city, a sanitarium, to a layer of Hell itself -- this game has got it all! Journey with me, Gradius, a half-elven mage/thief, along with the allies I pick up on our quest to save Imoen from the clutches of the mad elven exile Irenicus and his **spoiler** sister, the elder vampire Bodhi. Who will we choose to travel with toward the end? Now that we have the thief stronghold/guild, and the limited wish quest is done, let's focus on getting the best items in the game. I will have the Crom Feyr warhammer for Anomen, combining its many powerful ingredients. I want the Githyanki's Silver Sword too, a decapitating ("vorpal") 2-handed sword, for Minsc. And the Wave Blade, a +4 halberd that sucks the water out of the bodies it strikes. But these will be constructed later. Better save some coin!
