The last two stages a fight through the skies of Gotham City using the Batwing and a fight to the top of Gotham City Cathedral where Batman will make The Joker pay for all the evil he has done to the city. The Joker in the Nes version could shoot lightning this one can throw fireballs neither power The Joker had in the movie or the comic books but I digress Batman manages to defeat him and save Gotham City.
